The rapid increase in severity of competition and sophistication of customers is raising significant challenges for the businesses. To address such challenges on a dynamic basis, we require Personal Secretary/PA/Office Executive with a fine blend of theoretical insight, intuition and pragmatism. After nearly two decades of its existence and several evolutionary phases, the modern office management and Secretarial Practice diploma course at BTE has established itself as a programme of choice for several bright and aspiring students of 12+. The business environment in present time is becoming increasingly demanding and dynamic. The challenges posed by this environment need to be addressed by the Personal Secretary/PA/Office Executive trained in both analytical and soft skills. The course of modern office management and Secretarial Practice is uniquely designed to train the students into Personal Secretary, Personal Assistant, Routine Clerk Office Executive, Accountant, Key Punch Operator, Office Manager, Sales Executive, Data Entry Operator, Office Assistant, Typist, Receptionist and Stenographer. This diploma course will be prepared and make him ready to face the atmosphere of challenge and competition nowadays.
