Following is the general guidlines for poster presentation -

1. Posters should be on 90(width) by 100(height) cm.
2. Each poster will be assigned a poster number which will be shown on the poster Board.
3. Presenting authors should remain near their poster during poster session to interact with delegates and juries.
4. During the poster session, you should be prepared to give a 3-4 minute summary about your project. Be sure to ask your audience if they have questions or comments at the end. You might also consider having a brief handout to share.
5. Don’t use more than two fonts. Instead use bold, italic, and font size to set type differently.
6. Times New Roman, Arial, and Garamond are suggested typefaces.
7. Titles should be at least 2 inches high.
8. The body type for the main sections should be at least 18 point if possible.
9. Words should be large enough to read from several feet away, but don’t use all caps.
10. Stick to a color scheme.
11. Be consistent with your white space between sections of text, figures, and headings; white space should be ample so the poster doesn’t look crammed.
